Garden size: approx. 640 sq ft
Elevation: 2300ft.
Average last frost date: May 4th
Average first frost date: Oct. 15
Soil type: Combination. Rocky loam, with a bed of clay about 2ft down.
Average mean temperature in summer: 26.6C (although it is often 30C+ from late June to late August).
Night temperatures (summer): average about 13C.
Average rainfall during each summer month: 1″
Average sunlight (from May-Sept): 1236.5 hours.
Snowfall: From late Oct. to early April on average. December and January have the most snow fall, approximately 27.5″ each per month.
